TODAY’S EPISODE

Today’s episode is a powerful live interview with Serena O'Brien from Speak Out Studio.

With corporate marketing and branding experience for major international brands, studies in psychology and social media marketing, Serena likes to approach brand strategy a little differently and she leans on all this experience (nearly 20 years eeeeek!) to do so.

For the past 5 years Serena has worked predominantly with purpose and values driven business owners to help them build clear and confident dignitarian brands that make a positive difference in the world.

Serena believes brands play a powerful role in the change required for a truly inclusive and equal world.

She’s a people person and believes that brands exist to connect, educate and inspire people. Serena knows brands need to mean something (ask her how she learned this, it’s a doozy!) and because of this she focuses on strategising purpose and values driven dignitarian brands with clear and unique messaging and a drive to make a difference in the world.

Serena is also a proud mum to Rosie, Bonnie and August, a coffee lover and social butterfly who loves a good laugh and glass of bubbles.

In this episode we chat about:

  • How Serena’s work is different from ‘traditional’ brand strategy or business branding
  • Bring our cultural tale, linguistics & psychology into our brands
  • Creating a safe space for deep work
  • What is conscious business?
  • Removing shame from marketing
  • What is rankism?
  • What are dignitarian brands?
  • Using influence for good or for manipulation
  • Living by your values
  • Responsible business
  • Embracing your actual personality and your own truth as a creator / business owner
  • There are no quick fixes

Happy listening!

Today’s episode is a solo one with me, Sharon Pakir, sharing a sneak peek into the first two modules of The Invincible Life Academy and Blueprint.

This is episode #43 of Invincible, the podcast by Sharon Pakir, founder of The Invincible Co.

This podcast is for people who know that being invincible is not just a trait, it's a superpower and it's a superpower we can learn and in this podcast I'll share with you tips, tools and powerful conversations that show you how. We’re so glad you’re here!
In this episode I cover the first 2 modules of The Invincible Blueprint AKA Sharon’s guide to living in an invincible way:

  1. Self Discovery - You have to know yourself to grow yourself... And this is why all coaching with me starts with self discovery.
This means getting clear on the basics: purpose, values, principles, belief systems, responses, reactions. It's understanding your mission and vision. It's defining who you are, and why you exist.
  2. Sense of Self - Knowing who you are is important, but liking and supporting your
self is critical. This means building self-acceptance, esteem, & self
care into our life. It's dismantling the systems that keep us small, so we can play big. It's identifying what catalyses us, and what we
need to detach from, so we can soar.

Today’s episode is a solo one with me, Sharon Pakir, sharing a sneak peek into the final fifth & sixth modules of The Invincible Life Academy and Blueprint.

This is episode #45 of Invincible, the podcast by Sharon Pakir, founder of The Invincible Co.

This podcast is for people who know that being invincible is not just a trait, it's a superpower and it's a superpower we can learn and in this podcast I'll share with you tips, tools and powerful conversations that show you how. We’re so glad you’re here!
In this episode I cover the second 2 modules of The Invincible Blueprint AKA Sharon’s guide to living in an invincible way:
5. Boundaries
- Everything we do is affected by our rules of engagement. With situations, people, culture, environment. Learning how to detach, when to detach, why to detach. Add to this boundary setting and understanding your expectations and desires. This is the basis of personal leadership - so we can live on our terms.

6. Living Powerfully - It's one thing to learn all these skillsets, but application is everything.
Living powerfully entails living authentically, with resilience, and a strong mindset. We must acknowledge the dangers of burnout and mitigate the factors that lead to it. Life by design is defining our own success. It's living, powerfully.
