Linda Rogers: [00:00:20] Superstorm Sandy was a hurricane that caused severe damage to the eastern United States, particularly the Jersey Shore area where it made landfall. In New Jersey alone, it left millions of people without power, destroyed hundreds of thousands of homes and caused billions of dollars in damage. While there was a strong relief effort initially, New Jers
