Something Weird DJ & Movie Event at Rendezvous 12/8/17

Here's my DJ set from Friday night's Something Weird event at Rendezvous, an amazing night where they show movies, sell advance copies of genre DVDs and have loads of film oriented events with many DJs playing soundtrack music of every kind...
Join us on Friday, December 8th, for our NINTH annual Holiday extravaganza! We are planning to get WEIRD with this one, as we will be screening Something Weird Video VHS tapes accompanied by the sounds of Intoxica Radio ’s Howie Pyro!! We cannot begin to tell you how thrilled we are to have Mr. Pyro make his RENDEZVOUS debut. Many of the tapes screening will be from his personal collection, which we are super excited about. We will also be celebrating the brand NEW release of “Intoxica Radio with Howie Pyro” - a double-cassette out NOW on Origin Peoples. This is a 180-minute creepfest oozing with gory garage gems, kiddie ditties gone wrong, spooky soul stomps, ghoulish go-go, vintage TV and radio schlock, and pulsating punk nightmares. It’s a must-have for the Holiday season and would make a lovely gift as well. Copies will be available for purchase at the party. Of course Two Headed Dog will be there as well with their beautifully curated selection of records as well. The festivities start at 8PM! See you at the Hyperion Tavern!
