Antoinette Padilla, from South Jamaica Queens, NY, is the CEO and Founder of Extreme Fitness and Nutrition, LLC. She made history as Puerto Rico's first and only bobsleigh athlete! Antoinette is a 2X Puerto Rico National 200-meter dash champion, (2007 & 2015), USA Track and Field 60-meter dash national qualifier, (2017) as well as the Penn State University Tune-Up Indoor Meet Record Holder (2017) and the Penn Relays Olympic development 4X100 meter champion, (2012)!

While most in the Track and Field Community consider you aged out of the sport by the time you hit 30 years of age, Antoinette found success much later in life. Her love for the sport kept her focused and achieved impressive results. Her story is one of true inspiration and is a testament to our conversation that "There is no timeline on your Success."
