In this episode I am joined by the wonderful Kelly Vikings and her partner Martin Miller. This episode was recorded during IW month and it was important for me to have a male guest on the show. I couldn’t think of any better pair than Martin and Kelly, because I’ve seen, having worked for them myself, how supportive he is of her work and what a huge influence that has on us as women.

During this discussion we cover so much great stuff including what changes need to be made to ensure men and women are treated equally, how we need to take responsibility, as a man and a women to be the change we want to see and ultimately the importance of being that role model for the younger generation of boys and girls.

I really hope you enjoyed this episode and cannot wait to hear what you thought....

Martin is an NLP practitioner and Truths coach, and has been coaching for a number of years. He’s run and owned various businesses. He’s succeeded. He’s failed. His lessons embedded within his coaching so others benefit and take them forward.

Kelly is The Divine Business Mentor, speaker & writer, always speaking from her heart with immense compassion, knowing only too well, how life & business can lead to multiple setbacks & losses.

This was a breath of fresh air and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to Martin and Kelly in this episode. It is so important to get a man’s perspective and talk to someone who champions women, and, in this episode, we see just that from Martin.

We are making changes but are by no means where we need to be when it comes to equality. Everyone needs to take responsibility for this, including women themselves.

In this episode we discuss;

• Women’s roles changing • How men can support women in this new world • What changes need to be made • The importance of being a role model to our younger generation • Vulnerability and being truthful about how they got to this point in their lives • Conditioned thoughts, patterned behaviour and recognising your behaviour • Self-sabotaging and the importance of connection with yourself to thrive for more

The online space is changing and so many of us recognise that you don’t need to hard sell, be pushy and ask people to pay for something that’s beyond their means. A lot of this behaviour comes from a place of fear and doesn’t support people’s money mindset.

There is another way to work and this is what we explore in this week’s episode with Lucy. Lucy and I are so aligned in the work we do to support women to find that connection with themselves, work from a place of love and live their happiest life.

This episode with the amazing Lucy Crane shares just how different we can do things whilst living abundantly. We can;

  • Come from a place of love
  • Find alignment
  • Be happy in who you are
  • Attract others like minded women into our world

“It’s painful being that woman with dreams and feeling incapable” Lucy Crane

This is jam packed with such inspiring content to make you realise just how worthy you are and that there are people out there looking to help show you the way. We share so much in this episode but here is a little snippet;

  • How Lucy now finds joy and happiness in her day to day work
  • The importance of giving yourself time and putting those boundaries in place
  • We all have choice and we can use that in alignment
  • The life you can live beyond fear
  • It’s not always a pleasant journey but its whether you want to stop the yoyoing
  • Getting hung up on the How and not focusing on the steps you need to take to move forward
  • How to be mindful about your time
  • Whether you need to have a qualification to be a coach
  • How to get away from the shiny object syndrome and instead make decisions from alignment

To find out more about Lucy and the amazing work she does to support coaches, check out her links below and don’t forget to download her Alignment mantra (inspired by Gabby Bernstein) to get yourself back into alignment.
