Ok so hopefully by now you feel like you know us a little bit better, but don’t you love finding out more about someone through their likes and dislikes? What about who their favourite boy band member was or if they prefer pizza to pasta?

Well, get ready to know a different side of us this week when we answer all of Bre’s rapid fire questions!

Since this is our first podcast, we thought we would give you a better idea of who we are, discuss where Innie, Outie & In Between came from and what being a Cool Mom means to us. And if you go ahead and listen, you’ll know a Cool Mom isn’t someone that just throws on a leather jacket and leopard leggings. She’s the one out there ... oh just listen and you’ll find out.

Today we are going to tackle the topic of mom guilt. What is it and why do we have it? If you were to look it up in the dictionary, it doesn’t actually exist, but if you were to talk to your other mom friends you would quickly realize it’s a real thing! Is it just in our heads or do all moms experience this in one form or another?

The struggle is REALLLLLL friends! In today’s group therapy session, I mean episode, we open up about the highs and lows we have encountered since starting Innie, Outie & In Between. We discuss the struggles we have faced, how we have handled them and how we plan to overcome them in the future. Things get really real and raw today, from tears to baby cries, we hope those of you struggling like we have can relate and connect with us on the trials and tribulations of starting a new business (especially one with friends).
