Running a business does not come easy, no-one knows this more than Peter Marples, Ex Derby County F.C, 3AAA and Asa Training owner bares all on the ugly truth behind running a business.
Peter shares his 2 greatest days in owning a football club! the day he bought it and the day he sold it! Peter is a life long Derby Country fan and shares a passion for the club and a great honour when he got the chance to live a life long dream and be part of a consortia called the League of Gentlemen.
Peter opened up on trying to commit suicide 3 days after selling one of his businesses and how he seemed to have it all but felt nothing inside and how his family stepped in and helped him through the battle.
Peter discussed his last business giant training organisation 3AAA and how he grew the business from its first £300,000 contract and in little over 3 years grew too £30,000,000.
The business sadly closed in a dramatic investigation that is yet to throw up any evidence so far in Peter's words and he discusses the sadness in over 500 people losing their jobs and over 4000 learners left without any provider and left in the dark.
Peter discusses how him and his family had to deal with being hounded by local and national newspapers and how the press were taking pictures and living at the bottom of his driveway.
Peter has a very open and honest conversation on business and entrepreneurship and his highs and lows which will give a real insight into the reality of business.
Peter like any true entrepreneur discusses how he's picked himself back up and is now mentoring other business owners, MDs, CEO's and now works on non exec roles helping other businesses to grow.

Michael Gray is an English former footballer who played as a left-back or left winger for 18 years.
Mickey openly talks about his coming up through the ranks from being selected at Manchester United from school age and playing along side the likes of Ryan Giggs, Beckham and Scholes in the class of 92 squad at a young age.
Mickey made his debut at Sunderland at 18 and stayed for 12 years and talks about what it was like playing premiership football, making the England squad and missing out on European football and that famous penalty miss for Sunderland in the play off final.
He is mostly remembered for his 12-year stay with his hometown club Sunderland, where he made 363 league appearances between 1992 and 2004. While with Sunderland, he spent a brief loan spell with Scottish side Celtic. In 2004, he moved to Blackburn Rovers and later had spells with Leeds United, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Sheffield Wednesday. In 1999, Gray earned three caps for England

The magic began when he was 15 delivering parties and magic shows. Christian Burns is a singer songwriter and was a member of the popular British band BBMak, along with Mark Barry and Stephen McNally. The group sold nearly three million albums worldwide and had a top 5 single with "Back Here", in the UK. In the United States, "Back Here" reached number 1 in the charts and received heavy video play on MTV and TRL.
In 2003, the band broke up, and all the members went on to pursue solo careers. Since then Burns has been collaborating with other artists and dance projects. In 2007, he worked with Tiësto on the track "In the Dark", for the album Elements of Life. He collaborated with Tiësto again on the track entitled "Power of You", where Tiësto used the alias Allure.
He has also collaborated with Benny Benassi, on the song "Love and Motion", and American singer Jes Brieden on the song "As We Collide".
Christian opens up in the podcast and discusses his battles with anxiety and mental health and how he overcome and reinvented himself in the song writing world.
Christian also discusses how he now teaches other singers to produce their own music as apart of his new project called record ready vocals.

Richard Browning is Founder and Chief Test Pilot of Gravity Industries.
Gravity Industries designs, builds and flies Jet Suits, pioneering a new era of human flight.
The company was founded in March 2017 to challenge the perceived boundaries in
human aviation and to inspire others to dare to ask “What if?”. It now scales towards an
International Race Series.
Prior to founding Gravity, Richard was a Royal Marines reservist for six years and an Oil
Trader with BP for 16 years. He developed business in many countries including
Azerbaijan, Mozambique, Russia and conducted trade relations with many more.
He discovered and implemented major new technologies in BP including turning a $30k
groundbreaking trade flow analytics (ship tracking) platform still at the heart of the global
commodity industry to this day. It won the BP Group innovation Award and generated in
excess of $50m within 3 months. He has also been a key participant and investor in a
number of successful start-up ventures externally and is a passionate STEM advocate.
Gravity has to date been experienced by over one billion people globally with Richard and
his cohort of growing pilots completing nearly 100 flights around the world and speaking
at dozens of events from TED Talks to XPrize.
When he is not flying around the world, Richard is in Salisbury with his wife Debbie and
their two children, Oliver and Thomas, kayaking and camping amongst other things.
