This is how to prepare and go on this 7 day journey into nature.
Alice took her own journey into nature 20 years ago. She went out on the land for 11days at 11:00
She observed and listened to nature. She became mindful making a point of not thinking. Making each day a walking meditation. She would return and write what she learned or observed. This vision quest turned into the In Pursuit of Hope. AND it had a profound effect on Alice, she embraced her abilities as a Psychic Medium.
