Today I dug deep in the iHearIC archive to play some recordings from the early years of our concert series. Things from that era aren't as thoroughly documented as our recent activities, so please let me know if I missed anything important! [email protected] is the best way to get in touch. I'd love to get my hands on more recordings from 2009-2012 iHearIC shows if you happen to have something sitting around on an old hard drive.

Tonight at the KRUI studio, Carlos and I talked with three members of Soul Sherpa: bassist Ian Draves, drummer Lukas Jack, and guitarist Nico Luerkens. We discussed their upcoming album, Same Wave Train, releasing this Tuesday with a release party this Friday at The Mill. We also discussed the two years leading up to their first full length album, what they've been up to since recording it, and what they'll be doing this year!
