Talksplode #99 - Will Dennis
Thanks to iFanboy Patrons, it's Talksplode time.
Just in time to fulfill his yearly Talksplode obligation, Josh has a great conversation with longtime editor, Will Dennis. Will was working at Vertigo Comics in the late 90s and early 2000s, which was one of the most fertile times for the publisher, when they introduced many of the creators who would become the superstars of comics today. Will talks about his work as an editor and how he approaches it as a job and a career. It's a side of comics production we still don't talk about enough, it's an entertaining and enlightening talk.
Total Running Time: 01:11:20

Pick of the Week #811 – Thor #746
We have returned, and we've solved the metaphor running across the history of Thor comics. Mark Russell is pondered once more, and we've been doing all of this for far too long. Too long to stop now, obviously. We're like the letterers. We don't go anywhere.
We also repeated some patron powers, so... bonus powers.
