I Read a Thing
06/05/20 • 2 min
We felt it was inappropriate to distract from the larger issues at hand for our nation. We have created a resource list (https://www.ireadathing.com/black-lives-matter/) for non-black allies to educate themselves as well as resources for activists and protestors to take steps in (hopefully) ensuring they have access to what they need if they are detained or assaulted by police or the military. You can also find a list of places to donate to bail funds as well as to the families dealing with the aftermath of police violence on their loved ones. We will update this list as we find more information, so please send suggestions if we've missed something. Email links to: [email protected].
