CEO and Co-Founder of Pipeline Equity Katica Roy
Katica Roy is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Pipeline Equity. She had a successful career at a fortune 500 company and climbed the corporate ladder before transitioning to the startup world.
Katica was born in Napa Valley California, where her parents ran cattle. Since she was little, her mom knew the game changer was education and always promoted school. She began preparing for college her freshman year of high school. At the time she wanted to be a lawyer so decided to pursue an undergraduate degree in political science.
Ultimately, Katica decided law school wasn’t worth the investment and moved to Washington DC, where she worked as a paralegal.
