How To Be Human
Jon Butterfield has a fair share of successful business ventures behind him. He built a website as a kid which saw him through his teenage years. Since then he's been a part of many other businesses and lived in LA, the Netherlands and now Slovenia. Yet having business success is rarely an easy ride. Jon tells us about the guilt that fuelled his gruelling 12 hour days, 7 days a week. He tells us how he was able to build a career from "making things" and how he's recently developed more of a f*** it attitude which allows him to value his personal and family time better.
