As we see reflected back to us everyday: our world is in a precarious place. There are plagues, threats of apocalypse with certain political candidates and a warming planet. How do we deal on the inside when the world outside of us is losing it? I have a few ideas...join me as I discuss how to heal our bodies and souls of these everyday traumas and the ones we inherited from our ancestors.
