Who is Mariana Santiago?
Mariana is a Venezuelan Latin woman who moved to Canada over 7 years ago. In her previous life as she likes to call it, she used to be a brand and strategic marketer for Pharmaceutical Companies. When she moved to Canada, she started a completely different and new journey in comedy and public speaking. Her passion has always been to share some of her happiness and light up the rooms where she walks in with her smile, vibration and telling all kinds of random but funny stories about her life. Thanks to being an immigrant who has faced many challenges, she has found herself on the right path to find her true calling. Mariana became a Stand Up comedian over 4 years ago, performing in Spanish and in English. Even though she loves her comedy, she is looking to have a major impact through her public speaking. She has her own podcast where she shares from her unique stories how we can be better humans and communicate in a better way. Mariana’s mission is to make a positive impact in the world through the honesty of her words, wherever she is, either talking with a stranger, a friend or family, on stage, or on camera! In this new life of hers, she is walking the path she wants to walk, happy, fulfilled and finding herself, healing and growing in order to achieve her goal, to make a bigger positive impact in the world.

Who is Andrea Augustus?
Andrea Augustus is an educational entrepreneur with more than 5 years of experience as a teaching artist. Andrea is the founder of Poetic Black Gurl LLC. Andrea went from being a bright academic scholar to a college dropout to an educational entrepreneur. Andrea studied art education and art therapy at the College of New Rochelle. Andrea has led workshops for students at August Aichhorn Residential Treatment Center in Brooklyn. Andrea has also worked in various public NYC schools leading professional development seminars. Andrea has been performing spoken word poetry since 2016, and speaking professionally since 2020. Her mission is to empower individuals to use art as a healing tool through tough experiences.

Who is Sarah Stelmach-Brown?
Sarah Stelmach-Brown is a caregiving advocate with a major focus on autism and Alzheimer’s disease and the host of the podcast, “Caregiver Chronicles.” She is the mother of two boys on the autism spectrum. Sarah worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Technician at assisted living facilities, nursing homes and in-home care before leaving in July of 2021 after experiencing caregiver burnout. She is raw and passionate as she speaks about her experiences as a caregiver in both personal and professional settings. Sarah is unafraid to tackle serious topics but also uses her wit to bring levity to almost any situation. She uses her podcast to help caregivers from all walks of life connect to others and get their messages out about making the world a better place for those we care for and those who care for us.

Who is Allison Sycamore Maynard?
Allison Sycamore Maynard is a former school teacher with 17 years in the classroom. After watching the system fail countless students, parents, and teachers (including herself!) she decided to resign, knowing that there had to be a better way. As a result, she has developed the SchoolSmart method, a simple program designed to teach parents how to help their kids get better grades in school. She also works one-on-one with students to ensure that they have the foundational skills necessary for learning.
