Zombicide: Black Plague/ Green Horde 011
Hot Game Magnet: Board game reviews

Today we are super excited to bring you our review of Zombicide. Zombicide was one of the first board games we really got into and is so influential in our game choice and ability- does that make sense? Like I know how to play games, based on how they compare to Zombicide.
If you don’t know about Zombicide, I’m not sure where you have been hiding. But here is the basic gist of this game- “If you like killing fictional hordes of zombies (and really you would probably be in the minority if you didn’t) you will love Zombicide.”
If you love lots of miniatures covering your board games, you will love Zombicide.
I suspect gamers who don’t love Zombicide are the ones who have played it too much it doesn’t hold as much love for them anymore.
Our scores:
Alison 4/5 Hot Game Magnets
Justin 3/5 Hot Game Magnets
Village Attacks- 010
Hot Game Magnet: Board game reviews
03/20/19 • 33 min
Welcome to Episode 10 of Hot Game Magnet.
Today we review Village Attacks, by Grimlord Games. A game which is a bit like Zombicide, but you are a monster and you are protecting the castle heart.
We played this game extensively to bring you an awesome and well informed review.
As a co-operative game it was great fun to strategize together, in order to protect the evil lair against innocent civilians.
We love this game for so many reasons, but we realise it isn't without fault. Listen to the show for the full review, as we cover game play, components, replay-ability, scenarios and art. We also talk about all the expansions we have, and whether we think they are worthy.

In this episode we talk about the characters, mechanics, replay ability and how to win without corrupting your soul.
Get your dice tower ready, because you are going to need it, in this Sins Versus the Heroes game.

This is our longest podcast to dates, as Feudum is probably one of the longest games we have.
Also, we cover all five expansions, as well as the new Kickstarter which is, Rudders and Ramparts.

Episode 15- Azul
Hot Game Magnet: Board game reviews
04/24/19 • 24 min
In today's episode we look at an awesome game Azul, a board game by Michael Kiesling at Plan B Games.
This game is for those people that wish they could tile the Alhambra, but in Portugal for a King, and hate themselves, for dropping tiles on the ground. If it wasn't your fantasy before, I'm sure it is now!
You have to select the tiles which will most hurt your opponent. Rather than what you think will look pretty on the wall of the palace.
This is a lighter game for us, but still showed great strength in components and replay ability.
