Raising prices is something we very rarely want to do, even if we identify that we are significantly cheaper than one of our competitors. But when costs increase and a significant rate, the reality is, we have no option but to. We have to safeguard our business - that's just good business, because if we don't, there may not be a business to safeguard. So with that in mind, how can we do it as smoothly as possible? In this episode, I share some ideas about how we can increase the perceived value that our customers experience when they visit our coffee shops and I highlight one strategy that I think you should absolutely avoid.
