Ms. Stigaard was born and raised in the little green fairytale country of Denmark. She is a mother of 3, a Conscious Horse, Conscious Rider Clinic Facilitator, and has been facilitating greater relationships between horses and people for many years. "Conscious Horse, Conscious Rider is a lot about clear communication and communion with horses. Horses do speak ‘horse’ loud and clear, and they do know how to connect to people – so the limitations of the communication and level of communion is often on the people side. We play with tools to get rid of whatever limits us from awareness, communion and energetic communication and this brings huge changes to the participants (both the people and the horses!)."
