About Matthew:
Matthew has enjoyed broad international and intercultural experience in leadership, educational, and consulting roles in Italy, Ireland, England, Colombia, Chile, and Mexico as a Catholic Priest and served as a special Staff Officer and Chaplain in the United States Navy supporting both Sailors and Marines.
To those who have worked with him, Matthew is known to be much more than an executive coach. The 10th of 13 children from small-town New England (no TV at home!), he has more than 30 years of experience in the field of personal, professional, and intercultural leadership development. As a highly versatile coach, advisor, mentor, educator, and confidant, he is considered by some to be a human version of a sophisticated Swiss Army Knife any senior leader would want close by as they strive to properly navigate and excel in multiple areas of personal and professional leadership while safeguarding priorities. He is a frequent podcast guest, given his depth and breadth of knowledge of the human experience and his honest and vulnerable approach during his interviews.
