How Will Urban Planning and Home Design Change in the Aftermath of COVID-19?

There’s much speculation about how the world will be different when the worst of the pandemic is over. But in terms of housing, how we use our homes, and how urban planning affects our lives? Coming at you from the eye of the storm in New York, I’m going to call upon my observations about the real estate world (the short version: it’s a hot mess right now!) and how urban planners who’ve lived through COVID-19 will plot communities in the future alongside home builders.
