In this episode I am joined by Dr. Peter Osbourne author of the book No Grain No Pain.
We discuss the truth about what constitutes "gluten free", and why if you are gluten sensitive, intolerant or even celiac you may not be getting much better on your gluten free diet. I absolutely loved this episode with Dr. Osbourne and I loved his take on spirituality.
