In this episode, we welcome our first guest, Julie Civiello Polier! Julie is a celebrity facialist with a holistic approach and an expert in Chinese Face Mapping. Her Instagram reels have inspired and helped thousands of people around the world, including us. In this episode, Julie shares her medicine and knowledge when it comes to the body and mind viewed through Chinese Face Mapping, as our faces are mirrors of our inner health and physical bodies. With the help of Chinese Face Reading, we can detect so much of our inner and outer worlds, as everything is mirrored in the face, such as childhood traumas, inner wounds, and physical imbalances and diseases.

In Chinese Face Mapping, there are different archetypes that hold a lot of information. Julie will guide us through this and use us as an example to illustrate her work—both of us have an archetype called 'King Face,' and she will talk about the meaning behind the king face and some of the other common archetypes.

Julie shares her medicine with us, and the whole episode is a transmission of her energy medicine.

We also talk about:

  • The wisdom behind face readings and how subconscious thoughts and beliefs can manifest in our bodies, altering our facial structure.
  • How simple and gentle massage techniques can reprogram our subconscious mind and aid in the healing of our bodies.
  • Why so many people feel stressed in today's society and how we can regulate our nervous system by going slow.
  • Aging and facial lines, where Julie talks about how every line on our face tells a story. Is it possible to erase lines when healing trauma or erase lines and heal trauma?
  • Releasing emotions and the importance of the body's fluidity.
  • Julie's daily routines, what she is giving herself on a daily basis.
  • What forehead wrinkles actually stand for and how we can erase them.
  • We talk about the amazing effects of Julie's work, as we experienced significant changes in our facial structure within just 30 days while participating in her How-to-Glow program.

Welcome to the very first episode of Holy Crap! Actually, it's our 225th episode, as we have done 225 Swedish episodes over the last four years - but this is our very first episode in the international version of Holy Crap! And we're so excited...

If you are new to Holy Crap, our names are Amanda Miklin and Mathilda Ritzén. We live in Stockholm, Sweden, and have been best friends forever. In 2019, we founded Sweden's largest spiritual podcast & community, Holy Crap and life has taken us on a fun and crazy ride since then. It's a humbling experience, and we're following the flow to see how it goes.

In this first episode, you'll get to know us a bit better, we share our story, how it all started and what the dreams are going forward.

Holy Crap Global - 5. How to Change Your Life by Finding Your Expanders
play

02/22/24 • 63 min

In this week's episode, we talk about the importance of finding expanders. Both of us are on a journey of figuring things out, and finding people that expand you and give you a new perspective is a huge key.

We discuss our different journeys and where we are heading. Amanda opens up about her new home and all the feelings that come with this huge change. Mathilda talks about her longing to move abroad and the expansion and fears she has in doing this all by herself. We also talk about the importance of having a clear focus in life so that you can direct your energy.

We felt that we could just keep talking and had to push ourselves to press the “stop recording” button after one hour.

We love having these conversations and we feel so much expansion in doing the podcast in English—connecting with people all over the world.

Love,

Amanda and Mathilda
