Are you doing yoga or meditation daily? If not, this episode might convince you that it’s time to start practicing in order to make your dreams come true.

Julie Rader has been teaching yoga and meditation for over two decades. She founded Mukti Yoga School in 2004 which has certified hundreds of yoga teachers worldwide.
