Caitlin is the founder of ClinicianX - but before that, she was a burnt-out early year therapist who took off on a 14 month adventure around Australia. During her travels she got stuck into locum work in regional locations across the country, and found herself pondering on the lack of supervision available to OT's in these areas.
ClinicianX was born from the idea of making high quality supervision more accessible. ClinicianX gives supervisors the opportunity to showcase their experience and personalities, while also giving supervisees the chance to find support from someone who they know they'll gel with.
Caitlin shares about the journey to her tech start up, navigating the anxiety and fear of judgement as an early year therapist trying to do something different, the future plans for the platform and SO much more.
