1 Peter 02:4-8 – We all center our lives around something or someone. Peter reminds us that Jesus Christ must be that center if we are going to survive difficult times. God is working to make us the people He wants us to be. Allow God to do what He wants because He knows what is best.

James 4:11,12 – We live in a world that believes you can have a world without judgment and discrimination. A world without discernment and order is a culture of chaos and confusion. Mature Faith sees and responds to everyone through grace, mercy, and love. It does not tear people down and slander a person's character. Mature Faith speaks the truth because it is necessary to help people live the life that a good God has planned for them.

James 5:7-11 - God is a God of patience. He designed most of creation to have a long term perspective, not a short term view. God has eternity in view, not just your time on this planet, so trust Him that He is doing what is best for you and His glory. Don't quit, stay faithful until the end.

Matthew 5 – A pure heart is a heart whose motives are pure and unmixed. It requires honesty as we evaluate our focus and our heart. The person who does that sees God at work around them and through them.

Genesis 2- Purpose 2 – You were created to love God’s people, His family. God created you to belong and fellowship with His family. The church is a place to learn how to love people as they are and work together to become what God intended. We do not go through life as a solo journey. We walk through life together, loving each other as Christ loved us.
