Dystopian novels speak volumes about political and cultural climates, technological and scientific advances, and are often societal criticisms woven into a storyline. Some of my favorite novels fall into the dystopian genre, and with the recent release of season three of The Man in the High Castle, I wanted to briefly explore the history of the genre.
