Noor Molvi created the jewelry line, NOORNOIR, after years of dreaming about being a designer and entrepreneur. She has always been a creative and visual person. NOORNOIR is a collection of elegant, timeless jewelry handmade and designed by its namesake owner in Los Angeles, California.
