Maribel Ortega, born and raised in the Dominical Republic, speaks five languages, has lived in six different cities and has traveled and worked extensively throughout Europe, Latin America and the US.
Maribel has more than ten years of experience in corporate training. She has a master's degree in philology from the University of Erlangen, is a certified neuroleadership coach, a business cultural trainer and is currently pursuing the EMBA program at Quantic School of Business and Technology. Maribel has lived in Germany for 19 years, is based in Munich and works with her clients in English, German and Spanish.

Maribel is a professional coach, podcaster, keynote speaker and mentor. Her personal mission is to inspire, empower and motivate professional women to uncover their worth and be confident, so that they can use their voice, speak up, take new opportunities and ultimately lead fulfilled lives. Maribel has a special interest in emotional and cultural intelligence. She is committed to help create a new type of leadership based on collaboration.
