About Dr. Alison Hazelbaker:

Dr. Hazelbaker has been a therapist for over 30 years. She specializes in cross-disciplinary treatment and to that end has taken training in several modalities to best assist her clients. She is a certified Craniosacral Therapist, a Lymph Drainage Therapy practitioner, a Tummy TimeTM Trainer, a Haller Method practitioner and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

She is recognized as an expert on infant sucking issues caused by various structural problems like torticollis, plagiocephaly, brachycephaly and tissue shock-trauma. She earned her Master’s Degree from Pacific Oaks College (Human Development specializing in Human Lactation) and her doctorate from The Union Institute and University (Psychology, specializing in Energetic and Transformational healing.)

Born and raised in Southern California, he got his undergraduate degree in Biology from UC San Diego before attending Life Chiropractic College West and graduating Summa Cum Laude in March 2000.

In his first year as a chiropractor, Dr. Jay helped run a busy, bilingual clinic in Costa Rica, which grounded him in his family wellness oriented style of practice.

He returned to San Diego, CA in 2001 and this year is celebrating his 15th year of practice. Dr. Jay has served as a health & wellness advisor and writer for numerous health-oriented websites. From this, Megan wants everyone to know that PTSD is not a life sentence, and that healing is possible.
