Episode #43 Nicole Simpson, Founder of The Black Collective
Healthcare Comms Podcast08/23/21 • 48 min
This week on the podcast, we had the one and only Nicole Simpson, founder of The Black Collective, an OHG talent resource group. What an inspirational episode. Recognizing the opportunity to make real change after the murder of George Floyd, she embarked on a journey to find ways to build on the momentum her network had already started. After many conversations and identifying other Black executives from around the network with similar passions, The Black Collective was born! An idea for change has sparked a movement within our industry. Kudos to the members of The Black Collective and all of the supportive allies that have helped bring the group to life.
Stay tuned for more next week!
