Haunted History Chronicles

The first episode of this two part podcast was only a warm up. Join us again with our special guests Haunted History BC https://hauntedhistorybc.com as we give you even more chilling accounts of history and hauntings. We continue exploring BC in the early days and take you on a truly terrifying ride. This episode is not for the faint-hearted. We meander down the darkened ally of a burned down hotel which once had an amazing history only to reveal an even stranger modern-day mystery. We will explore a splendid Tudor style inn with ghosts awakened by a Ouija session followed by a trip to a cemetery linked to murder and a Christmas Eve tragedy. Then if you dare, grab your flashlights and follow us to a high school built on a burial ground, a carriage ride at dusk through a haunted park with a screaming apparition and finally a museum with some creepy dolls.

Thank you for listening

Home Away from Home Part 1: Haunting mysteries, tragic deaths & chilling beginnings of English pioneers in BC

This week join my guests Haunted History BC https://hauntedhistorybc.com as we take you back in time to BC’s early days to the 1800’s as we travel among the realms of prominent early pioneers from England who settled in British Columbia and made this their home. In this episode we discover lurking shadows of a murder victim in a haunted Parliament building in Victoria, BC’s capital. We’ll travel to BC’s oldest home in New Westminster where a river boat captain and his family were regarded as prominent citizens and we uncover an amazing find! Finally, we visit a beautifully eerie Victorian inn overlooking the capital city's inner harbour where the inhabitants were fraught with several unfortunate tragedies. For reasons of their own, various ghosts continue to wander the corridors of these magnificent locations and we continue to tell their stories.
