Diarrhea takes many forms, and its etiologies differ from host to host. Whether in a young child, a returning traveler, or in today's episode, an immunocompromised host.
Joining us today is Dr Jean Sim, Consultant in Infectious Diseases from Singapore General Hospital, who shares with us her approach towards diarrhea in an immunocompromised host.

In our second episode, our very own host, Dr Andrew Ong, goes through his approach towards patients with Chronic Diarrhea. With his help, we explore the importance of a detailed history, and clarify the indications for commonly ordered investigations such as stool O/C/P or GI PCR panels.

We discuss the ins-and-outs of fecal/bowel incontinence, beginning with the clinical approach and evaluation, investigations, and management of patients suffering from fecal incontinence.
