This episode is pretty special and somehow extremely accurate because this is the 99th regular episode I have recorded and I finally feel like I'm finding myself. On today's episode I reflect on my experience podcasting for the past 3 years and how it has developed me into the individual I am becoming today. I talked about the new space of alignment I am moving into as well as give my perspective on the choices we make with an analogy I call "Being the Glue". Then later, I interview Peter Schroeder who is a DJ turned CEO. We discussed his company Telzio, as well as his amazing story of naivety and perseverance.
