Cream & Gary recap Garys first trip back to Jersey & first time DJ'ing in over 6 months! Gary digs into some of the mishaps that come with not playing for a long period of time, as well as how it feels like Jersey hasn't progressed in their "opening up" process.
The guys then lament on how the lack of outdoor venues with entertainment is a hinderance on producing great spring/summer/fall parties in North Jersey. Why do so many other parts of the country have great outdoor spaces with great entertainment and we don't?
Finally, a hot button topic that is ever burning in our industry.....UNDERCUTTING! When having industry talk, it's inevitable not to talk about pricing. There are a couple venues & bookers who are taking advantage of their DJs & we are here to talk about it. Recognize when you're being taken advantage & know when to part ways.
