Ryan Tootell talks with Weber State head coach Randy Rahe, who spent 13 seasons under Stew Morrill as an assistant coach at Colorado State and Utah State. Rahe went on to spend two seasons as an assistant coach at Utah before becoming the head coach at Weber State. As the head coach at Weber State, he's currently the longest-tenured head coach in the Big Sky and has been Big Sky Coach of the Year four times.

Stew Morrill was an assistant under Mike Montgomery for eight seasons in Missoula before becoming the head coach after Montgomery left for Stanford. Morrill was the head coach for five seasons before departing for Fort Collins, CO and Colorado State University. ESPN Missoula's Ryan Tootell and Colter Nuanez spoke with Morrill about his time in Missoula, his own coaching tree, and how he became so successful at Utah State.

Ryan Tootell and Colter Nuanez talk to Boise State assistant coach Tim Duryea about what it was like to be an assistant coach under Stew Morrill at Utah State and what it was like to ultimately take over for him in Logan. Duryea was an assistant at Utah State from 2001 to 2015 before assuming the head coaching gig. He was the head coach until 2018, and he is now an assistant coach at Boise State University.
