Grit Ep 2: Acceptance

We explore the theme of acceptance through a fictional story called 'Skate', hear a song written and performed by Taz Lukas called Me and Myself, and take in a poem created collaboratively with the young people involved in the Grit project. We also talk to some experts about looking after yourself.
