10/22/15 • 100 min

This week I sat down and had an amazing chat with one of the most inspirational guys you'll ever hear from. Josh LaJaunie weighed over 400 pounds (180kgs) in 2012 and decided it was time to make a change. However, not only did he drop a serious amount of weight but also took the next step of beginning to inspire others to lead a Vegan lifestyle. To make it all the more difficult Josh did this in his home town in South Louisiana which is one of the let's say more meat loving places throughout the USA. Josh has just recently completed his first 100km running event and has his sites set on a 100mile race in the next 12 months. He is an absolutely remarkable and inspiring guy who is looking to help others find their true purpose in life and move towards a healthier, more compassionate life free from meat and dairy products. You can catch Josh by simply searching him on google. His website is www.joshlajaunie.com Until next week Keep moving Keep going forward and Keep kicking goals

Welcome to Episode 8. This week I sat down (via Skype) with a guy that has an amazing story from overweight, binge drinker and lacking any sort of motivation to an Ironman Finisher inspiring others to achieve whatever dream they have. Anything is possible. I first met Andrew when he drove down to the Gold Coast to meet for a coffee and have a chat about his aspirations to do Ironman Melbourne this year. We dive deep into his race and the amazing outcome he had and his experience in Melbourne is a direct reflection of the guy he his. Goal driven, motivated and I'm sure he wouldn't mind me saying this.......a little bit mad!! He overcame what many would not even consider being in hospital literally 5 hours before his race was due to commence. Andrew's story is one that many people including myself can relate to and his hope is that one person will have a listen and decide to make a change in their lives for the better! If you want to contact Andrew he is more than happy to help anyone looking for a hand so contact him on Instagram @andrew_hancox or by email at [email protected] Please feel free to share the Episode with anyone at all you think may benefit from having a listen and please send through any comments or feedback to [email protected] Until next week Keep moving Keep going forward and Keep kicking goals
