Can anyone avoid the "Spectre of the Gun" these days? It's definitely a hot topic that often divides our culture. After a masked gunman shoots up City Hall, Oliver uses all of his resources to track him down, and it turns out it isn't an evil super villain after all. It is just a guy, whose family was murdered, and he wants the government to pay for their deaths. Even as Team Arrow debates gun rights, Oliver tries to find a way, as Mayor, to stop him before he kills again.
