This month, I remind myself and all of you about the importance of self-care. It's easy to forget, especially when you're fighting for a cause so personal.

Living with MS is unpredictable. The fear of flares is a constant shadow, but it's not all doom and gloom. I've learned that while MS doesn't define us, it undeniably shapes our lives.
