We have a bunch of new animation to talk about this week! We begin with the newly released Master Journeys Trailer which details how Ash, Goh, and Chloe will have 3 separate missions on their adventure to be Pokémon Trainers. This triple arc format looks to be a ton of fun and will be interesting to watch develop as the season progresses. Using the 12 episode block format on Netflix, we get the option to binge or spread out our viewing.
A new Pokétoon was released in Japan and we absolutely love it! Studio Colorido did an amazing job telling a story without the need for dialogue! Amazing animation and incredible music push this story along and it had us smiling the entire time. There is just something about Magikarp that pulls on our nostalgia vibe!
Finally we watch along with Pokémon the Series Episode 118, Flower Power! This episode is tangential to the main story arc but keeps us watching with some great story, humor and of course battles.

The Players Cup II has wrapped up and we will recap the results from the TCG and VGC. The Players Cup has absolutely brought a new dynamic to Competitive Pokémon and we are excited to see so many new names in the rankings. You don’t have too much time to rest, as The Players Cup 3 will be starting this month!
We wrap things up with our watchalong of Pokémon The Series 111, The Tent Situation. This Episode was by far one of our favorites from The Orange Islands and had us laughing throughout. Things do take a serious turn at the end of the episode, which has perfectly set up the Season finale next week!

We are excited to be back with another episode of Pokémon goodness! We begin with a recap of PGO which has been exceptionally busy as of late. From seasonal spawns to weekly events, there has been something to do every single day in the game. We shift over to the TCG where Adam takes us through Battle Styles, and how it will impact the collecting and competitive metas.
Before getting into our watchalong, we revisit Galar by remembering some of the coolest moments from Sword & Shield, including the WIld Area, Ball Guy, and Master Mustard! Gen 8 was definitely a good time with a ton of cool memories. FInally, we watchalong with The Double Trouble Header, which is the second episode in the Johto Journeys arc. We are excited to discuss the release of Twilight Wings, the short form limited animated series set in Galar that has just been released on the Official Pokémon YouTube channel. It was super refreshing to see a new style of animation and storytelling in the Pokémon universe!
Adam gives us a preview of the upcoming Sword and Shield TCG expansion block, with a look at the starter evolution cards, as well as a new VMax! Save your pennies, because this set also has over 200 cards in it!
We visit the Pokemon Center and fall in love with the massive drop of Sitting Cuties, as well as some Valentine’s Day themed Eevee products. Pokémon GO also has an event running this weekend, and we haven’t decided if we are excited about it yet!
