Zach Wentz is the Executive Director of the AO1 Foundation, the nonprofit organization he helped launch in 2017 with his brother, NFL Quarterback, Carson Wentz. Zach has helped grow AO1 from a dream in a tree stand to a multi-million dollar organization that is making an impact in the midwest, Philadelphia, and Haiti. Zach is also an avid outdoorsmen and stars in an online outdoor show, Wentz Bros Outdoors. He, his wife Andie, and their three children live in Indianapolis, IN - but will always call North Dakota home. FUN FACT: Zach was Stephen's boss for three years when Stephen served as the Director of Operations & Events for AO1 from 2019-2022.

In this episode, Zach dives into the story of AO1 and his unconventional journey into non-profit leadership. He talks about his background in sports and education and how it has helped shape him into the leader he is today. He also talks about the challenges he and the AO1 Foundation have faced over the past few years and how he has lead AO1 through rapid growth and intense adversity. Steve Jamison serves as the Lead Pastors of Eastridge Church, a dynamic multi-site church with two campuses in the Seattle, Washington area and one in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Prior to pastoring Eastridge Church, Steve served as an evangelist ministering on six continents. Steve has a unique ministry blend, having led Jammin' Against the Darkness, an evangelistic outreach which featured NBA players, award-winning music, and the message of Jesus Christ in premier venues such as Madison Square Garden, The Verizon Center, and T-Mobile Park. He grew up fishing the treacherous waters off the coast of Alaska, which was both thrilling and full of adventure. It was in the thick of these adventures when he heard the voice of God for the first time, calling him into ministry, and realized there’s no greater thrill than discovering God’s calling on your life. He unpacks this and invites us into a deeper life in his new book, The Most Valuable Catch.

In this episode, Steve and Stephen talk about Steve's adventures fishing the treacherous waters off the coast of Alaska where he heard the voice of God for the first time, calling him into ministry. Bill and Kristi Gaultiere are Drs of Psychology and the Founders of Soul Shepherding, a ministry to help pastors, leaders, churches and all those desiring to thrive with Jesus in emotional and relational health. In their Soul Shepherding Institute retreats and training they offer a certificate for serving as a Spiritual Director. They are also authors of a number of soul care books and resources. They have been speaking and writing about following Jesus in life and ministry since 1987. Their new book Healthy Feelings, Thriving Faith, uses the Enneagram to help you grow in emotional health, loving relationships and intimacy with Jesus.

In this conversation, Stephen and Kristi talk about all things Enneagram. Kristi provides an overview of each Enneagram type as well as their core emotions, stress and security expressions, primary defense mechanisms, soul care practices and so much more. Dustin Nickerson is an in demand comic on the rise originally from Seattle, now living in San Diego. In 2020, he released his debut comedy special Overwhelmed which is currently one of the highest rated specials on Amazon Prime Video. In addition, he’s been featured on Comedy Central and Netflix by Kevin Hart, the Late Late Show with James Corden, Fox, Hulu and can regularly be heard on Sirius Radio XM. Online, his stand-up clips and jokes have received tens of millions of views and his podcast, Don’t Make Me Come Back There, has over a million downloads. He’s also the author of How to be Married be Married to Melissa, an Amazon #1 New Release published by Harper Collins in June 2022. Dustin describes himself as “the world’s most average person” but is far from it when on stage. He brings you into his life through his jokes about the struggles of parenting, marriage, and being generally annoyed by most people. At 38 years old, Dustin has been married for 18 years and has three kids. This helps makes Dustin truly one of the most unique voices in the comedy scene.
