Today's top story has been focusing on the recent Police Federation Survey which has concluded that morale within the RGP is at an all time low. We heard more from our News Editor Christine Vasquez about some of those figures and results coming through.

We spoke to Katie and Amber, who took part in the Christmas Takeover on Radio Gibraltar last December.


And, our studio was full to the brim with some of the 16+ members of Possabilities, telling us how they are marking World Radio Day. We spoke to Karyme Medhurst, Katie Moir, Jade Yusifredo, and Samuel Greenberg.

The High Commissioner of India to the UK Vikram Dorai-swami is in Gibraltar. He brings the good news that holders of Gibraltar-issued British passports can now access India's e-visa system. Our reporter Iain Triay Clarence told us more.


Just four sleeps left for Christmas, but what kind of weather will Santa be riding his sleigh in? The next few days will be busy on the Rock and the Met Office's Zoe Hutin filled us in on what we can expect.


If you've been tuning in to The Breakfast Show this week you'd know that Stefan & Kelly have been featuring local musicians in the lead up to Christmas. Today it was the turn of the band Waves, with their version of the classic 'Driving Home for Christmas'.


Music, movies and food are the main themes of this year's GBC TV Christmas schedule. There's a big focus on locally-produced programming; something for everyone on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the live New Year's celebrations. GBC's Head of Television, Paula Latin has the details.

This morning the McGrail Inquiry has been hearing evidence from the Chief Minister. The former Police Commissioner Ian McGrail has accused Fabian Picardo of forcing him to leave the force early after investigating Mr Picardo’s business partner and close friend. Mr Picardo has told the Inquiry his relationship with the former Police Commissioner changed following the incident in Spanish waters that led to two deaths. The CM’s evidence is that Mr McGrail had to leave his job because there was a “catastrosphic loss of confidence” in him.


If you have ever had to call for an ambulance, your call would have gone through the Gibraltar Fire & Rescue Service. But after 20 years the service has been handed over to the GHA along with a new dispatch system. Your call will now be managed by GHA dispatchers and Clinicians. To tell us more we welcomed GHA Director General, Kevin McGee to the studio.
