Childline is addressing school children about how to stay safe from harm. It's blue week - a time when the charity visits schools and educates on the work it does. Childline says that following growing concern amongst the community regarding sexual abuse cases, it felt it was important to speak to pupils in a sensitive way. Our reporter Shelina Assomull told us more.
Gibraltarian archaeologist Dr Kevin Lane has been appointed vice president at UNESCO’s International Council on Monuments and Sites (Water and Heritage) for the Latin America and Caribbean regions. Dr Lane is a senior researcher of the National Scientific and Technical Research Council, and a professor at the University of Buenos Aires.
The Jewish Community is celebrating Purim. The holiday commemorates the saving of the Jewish people from Haman in the ancient Persian Empire. Purim celebrations are traditionally colourful, with children in fancy dress brightening up town. Our mystery guest, proudly dressed for the occasion, explained how Purim has been celebrated on the Rock this year.
Jose Mari Ruiz filled us in on all the sports events happening on the Rock, including a boxing debut from two brothers, and the final game week before the top six teams go alone to chase the league cup.

Kelly and Stefan have been featuring local artists on the Breakfast Show this week. The producer of the show, Kelly-Anne Borge spoke about what a privalige it has been having so much local talent perform live in the studio. She was joined by Rima, who kickstarted the week with a Villancico.
Teenagers will be taking over the Radio Gibraltar airwaves once again this Christmas. Following on from last year's success, GBC opened its studio doors to budding future broadcasters to present the Afternoon Show on the 25th. Presenter Ben Lynch worked with the successful applicants.
Many will be out celebrating the start of the Christmas break today, with more alcohol being consumed than usual and more activity out and about in our streets, how will this impact the Royal Gibraltar Police? Superintendent Nolan Romero told us more.
For many, the festive period is a secular holiday, to be enjoyed with friends and family. But for Christians, this is a time to reflect on and find joy in their faith. The Roman Catholic Bishop of Gibraltar, Carmel Zammit, said God's love was the main focus of Christmas.
And, GBC's undisputed champion of community, Kevin Ruiz, looked at Gibraltar's Christmas traditions in Monday's City Pulse. He told about a special episode that he is also preparing for Christmas Day.

Today is World Diabetes Day - a day observed to increase the awareness of diabetes, a chronic condition that affects millions of people around the world. The World Health Organization and the International Diabetes Federation organise the event, which focuses on diabetes prevention, health risks, and managing and living well with condition. Kayron Pozo, Susan Edwards and Robin Sheppard-Capurro told us their experiences of living with the condition.
Gibraltar face San Marino tomorrow in the penultimate game of their UEFA Nations League campaign. Gibraltar beat San Marino 1 nil at home last month, Head Coach Julio Ribas says he can only hope for his team to put on their best performance. Our reporter Jose Mari Ruiz is there ahead of the big game.
The Convent Christmas Fair is happening next Friday, with 31 stalls offering a variety of stalls, gifts and of course mince pies and mulled wine! We’re excited about broadcasting live from the Convent in a future episode of the podcast. Organiser Eleri Surrey told us what we can expect.

Monument Plaza and Monument place was also given full planning permission, following the outline permission granted to it in June last year. At the time there were strong objections from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission to the changes proposed to the Cross of Sacrifice monument. Developer Gillaine Dellipiani Stagnetto has managed to come to an agreement with the Commission.
The Government has accused the Leader of the Opposition of effectively seeking direct rule on the Inquiries legislation. Keith Azopardi says Fabian Picardo is making mischief to distract. Our reporter Christina Cortes spoke to both the Chief Minister and the Leader of the Opposition.
