In the penultimate episode of our Getting to Equal podcast series, we are joined by Anne Anderson, Ireland's former ambassador to the United States. Anne, the first woman to hold that position, discusses her perspective and experience of Ireland's equality journey and how far Ireland still has to go to close the gap.

For our final episode, we are joined by Kathy Sheridan; host of the Irish Times Women's Podcast, who speaks to Sasha Terfous; Artist, Martin Shanahan; IDA Ireland, Lynn Ruane; Seanad Éireann and Izzy Keane; Izzy Wheels. Michelle Cullen, Head of Inclusion and Diversity, Accenture in Ireland, explains what it takes to be a culture maker in society today and that in a time of widespread disruption and change we need to innovate now more than ever.
