She is a licensed psychologist, food relationship strategist, podcast host of the Food is NOT Bae Podcast and author of the book Food is NOT Bae. Dr. Ebony is passionate about helping women survivors thrive in trauma recovery and she is specifically interested in issues that impact marginalized communities, including minority women and LGBT persons.
