On this episode Geoff is delighted to welcome medically retired veteran in recovery, comedian Jay Saunders. The pair discuss the general perception of PTSD and those who suffer with it, the difference between boats and ships, and the pressures of being the Batman of business development. Jay has PTSD from his time in the forces and educates Geoff on the condition, what it means to his life and how people interact with him. Jay uses comedy to talk to, and educate others on the condition and shares some of his experiences. Jay will also be competing in archery at the 2023 Invictus games in September, and we wish him the best of luck. We hope you enjoy this episode.
