Geoff Jones and Friends, Make it Better
HELLO and welcome to the latest episode of Geoff Jones and Friends, Make it Better. The show that takes life's little annoyances, talks it out to quite simply makes it better. On this special episode Geoff is joined by comedian, musician, music teacher and self proclaimed moron, Mike Vaughan. The pair discuss their fathers, step fathers, the loss of fathers, loss of a child, mental health, the mans role in child birth, and the untold sacrifices of eating the crust of bread. Literally EVERYTHING. This podcast gives me the platform to talk to people on a whole host of subjects, and I am so thankful that Mike opens up about his life. and allowed me to open up about mine. This is an important episode for fathers, sons, those grieving or suffering with mental health, and all the dad's who eat the crust when they really want the last two slices. Please enjoy this extended episode, I am truly proud of it. Making Spirituality Better with Victor Ofosu

HELLO, and welcome to the latest episode of Geoff Jones and Friends, Make it Better!

On this episode Geoff is joined by author Victor Ofosu. The pair discuss how humankind is becoming increasingly more distant from our inner power and further from our successes becoming a reality. For the first time in 25 episodes Geoff is left speechless and decides to go on a journey to find himself, he also tries to monetise Victor's death. There's a few time where he confuses spritulism and spirituality, please don't get angry, he's learning!

Hello!! And welcome to a very special episode of the Geoff Jones and Friends, make it Better podcast.

WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!!

There are a lot of topics covered in this episode which some people could find upsetting! Listen to the warning at the start of the episode.

As part of PTSD Awareness day and month I was joined by three forces veteran. The returning comedian and Invictus Games competitor Jay Saunders, his Invictus Games team mate, Rich Waldrom, and comedian Gabe Murphy.

The trio talk about their experiences in the forces which ultimately lead to their PTSD. They speak of their encounters with suicide, their diagnosis, and how they deal with living with PTSD now they are in a better mental space. There's some bad jokes and some dark jokes, but this is all part of what they need to do.

I hope you enjoy this heartbreaking yet heartwarming episode.
