During his career he has served in several roles, including senior leader, teaching pastor, worship leader, and next gen mentor. Currently he is the Creative Arts Lead at 12Stone Church and also serves on Generis’ Effective Ministry team. Dave has seen and been through so much in the various roles he has served in his 30 year ministry career and we are excited to hear his insights on what to come.

Kristin has a heart and passion for thriving groups and community at churches and has over 20 years of experience leading in diverse small group cultures in churches of all sizes. Eight of those years were spent on staff at North Point Ministries, coaching and leading in the small groups department. Kristin is a speaker and writer on topics of organizational and leadership development, and emotional health. In addition, she is a published author, a contributing writer to several online leadership publications, and has developed numerous small group resources for organizations across the country.
