Games in Schools and Libraries

Southern Georgetown Community Library Fairy Door

In Games in Schools and Libraries episode 159 Donald and Chris talk about the cancelling of ShushCon Online 2021, new gaming shelves for the library, games they have played, and the Fairy and Gnome door project.

ShushCon

ShushCon 2021 Online Cancelled, but we will still run an event in October.

Four of our five new shelves, with room to grow.

New Game Shelves

Our new KALLAX shelves, from IKEA, while not necessarily as durable as standard library shelves are perfect for game collections. Recommended if you live near an Ikea and can pick them up. Not recommended to have them shipped to you.

Tiny Epic Dungeons, still available through late pledges.

Reviews

460 doors created and shared with our community!

Fairy Doors

We chat a bit about our creation of fairy doors for a system-wide program we worked on with our children’s services department. For more information check out our blog, linked below.
