"Yeah, I'm definitely learning as this pandemic it goes through its phases and me getting back into the work field and dealing with customer service, I'm noticing a lot of negative interaction with customers and things like that. And it really affects my mood and I'm realizing how one little thing can set my whole day off for me. And I was diagnosed with BPD almost a year ago now, and it hasn't even been a year yet since I was given that diagnosis. So it's been something that I've been working on and yeah, I'm noticing a lot in the customer service industry."
Today's episode we have Jordan Burnell "PrettyDotUgly" he is a hip hop artist, producer, and mental health advocate originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario. He now resides in Toronto, and loves the underground music scene. You can find lots of his stuff on YouTube and Spotify. He was also diagnosed with BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) a little over a year ago, and has been working his way through and navigating it with this diagnoses. He also an advocate for mental health, and shares openly and honestly about his struggles with it. He is so vulnerable and you will get so much from his story.

The infamous "Sober Single Mom' Gentry Jones is on todays episode, she has grown her following over the course of the last year or so on Instagram, she shares her struggles, and does some amazing skits, and reels with a humorous twist to it. She also talks about divorce and being a single mom of 4 boys, and the challenges that come with it. She is a registered CPA in the USA. Growing up a multi sport athlete, to parents who were both teachers. She says out loud that addiction does not care who you are, it will rob you of everything, as we all know too well. She has now went full time content creator and has a course to help others stay sober as well. She also has her own apparel line AF Squared! AF Squared was started in 2020 to provide apparel and support to the sober and sober curious community. The AF squared apparel isn't an obvious “sober” slogan. It has meaning to the people who wear it, and to the people who know what it stands for. Wearing AF squared is like being apart of a secret club.
