Come one, come all!! All you frustrated wives out there trying to better understand their husband, but are missing the mark, and harboring so much anger instead! I was there, or am there often because, man, marriage is hard and a daily choice! I was struggling myself with things I knew I needed assistance with, and all those 15 years of loving the same person brings, I knew I needed some regular maintenance help. I reached out to my good friend, and intuitive medium Kim Isherwood for a much-needed session!! She's been one that has always helped re-direct my perspective, and brings me back to truth, compassion, and understanding!! Couples therapy my husband doesn't have to join me for to benefit from! With all her words of wisdom she blessed me with, she also recommended an amazing author Alison A. Armstrong. An author who has studied and written about men since the 80's! She's so insightful to the way women interact and have relationships with men!
In this episode I discuss about how important it is to reach out and get that help you need! Howevert hat looks for you! A professional therapist, your pastor, a trusted friend, or for me every once in a while, an intuitive like Kim! I also discuss my take aways from listening on Audible, Alison A. Armstrong's book "Keys to the Kingdom"! So insightful and brings a lot of awareness to how men operate, and how we as women view and treat them. Definitely made me look at my husband in a more educated way, and may help you too!!

"Tired Mamas Club", want to join??
Hey there!! Got kids?? Well then, you've got exhaustion! In this episode I explore all the ways life, kids, partners can deplete you! I seriously need to start a club, because there is no other understanding like that of another mama!! It's so important to have a good support system of other moms to remind you that, "you've got this!" and "I see you!!". I talk about just how important it is to ask for help and be clear on what you need from others who surround you wanting to help. People can't read our tired worn-out minds, so we need to be able to take responsibility on how to improve our own situation and place some things that drain you onto someone else's plate by asking for very specific help. And don't forget to celebrate our victories too!

Mom Guilt Ain't for the Weak!
In this episode, Blayr talks all about "Mom Guilt", and how we lay it on THICK!! Always in search of "Balance", and putting ourselves through hell when we haven't found it and have it mastered. We are so very tough on ourselves, and hold ourselves to such high expectations, and suffer for it. If we heard our own kids speak to themselves the way we speak to ourselves when we feel we are failing as a mom, would we be ok with that?? NO!! So why is it acceptable for us to say such things to ourselves?
Its a heavy topic, and has very different roots for different people, and manifests itself into all kinds of various ways...but we all have it. This is Blayr's take on it! Come giggle your way through diving into such a topic and let us know what "Mom Guilt" looks like to you! Let's discuss! Would love to hear your take on it too. Let's celebrate together all the incredible ways YOU do this "Mom Gig" and not the "Mom Guilt"!
